Fit Chronicles Part 3

After 2 days of aching muscles, I headed to the gym for my second session of personal training today. Realised that my stamina absolutely sucks and I have to do more cadio exercises to improve my stamina. I never knew working out on weights machines can actually result in breathlessness but it does. After a few sets on different machines, my muscles were aching and I was breathing as if I had spent the past half hour running on the treadmill!! But I must be improving (Ha ha like real, only my second session and I am having grand delusions about my improved fitness!) because I managed 15 minutes on the stationary bike and 25 minutes on the treadmill after my one hour personal training session.

But now, I am feeling soooo sleepy that I think I may go to bed really early tonight. I can just hear DSD laughing, I, who always laugh at her "sleep early" habits is thinking of going to sleep at 8.30pm!

ditto. I stay up way too late! FG, you're an inspiration. I think I will go jogging this week.
