Its Christmas already??!!
I cannot believe its Christmas again. 2004 seems to have just began not too long ago. Where did all those months go?? Once again the mad shopping rush has begun and the malls in Orchard Road are cramped full of people. I really dislike going to the malls at this time of the year because there are just too many people! But I started my shopping this year later then usual so I have no choice but to squeeze with all those people. I have gotten most of my shopping done, except I am still missing a pair of work shoes and a document bag big enough to hold my laptop. I am still behind on my presents though. I really do not get gift exchanges! Usually, the gifts I end up getting are nothing that I would have wanted and the gifts I get for people are nothing that they would want. Its all so meaningless and stressful! I mean, what can I possibly buy for $10 to $20 that will actually be something that the other party wants and vice versa. I know its the thought that counts in gift giving but surely I would like the recipient to like/enjoy the gift. Argh!
